Returns
We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal travel accessories (water bottles, sleeping bags, or similar products) may not be eligible for return. Customized or clearance items are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as cash reimbursement upon return collection, since Ingrid Outdoors only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. with your order details and clear photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
